Delivery Information

We endeavor to process all orders as they are received. Orders received on the weekends may have a delay before processing due to unavailability of mail and courier services.
We operate a free of charge freight system for all orders

New Zealand Customers
• Ordered itmes are delivered via CourierPost within 2-4 working days for metropolitan areas (3-6 for rural areas).
• All orders are packaged in courier bags and track and trace is available.Courier bags do not require signature and the courier may leave goods in an appropriate safe place around your house if no one is at home.

Rest of The World
• Delivery is through international airmail usually taking 6 to 10 working days to arrive.
• If you require airmail with track and trace service the charge for 2kg is approximately $40.00. Please email us first for an accurate quote.
• Due to customs difficulties, we are unable to offer an International Courier delivery option for medicines.
• All parcels are guaranteed by us for delivery and no other insurance costs are required for our customers. We do not however guarantee delivery when customs intervene as it is your responsibility to ensure that the products ordered comply with the rules and regulations of your country. For your benefit, we try to highlight many of these high risk products for customs issues on their product pages.

My Order Hasn’t Arrived
• Generally all orders will be received in the timeframe specified above and we expect all our customers to receive what they ordered.
• Contact us at or phone us if you don’t receive your order within 20 days for international orders or 5 days for NZ orders.
• We will perform a check with postal authorities which may take up to 30 days to complete. This time frame is necessary in the event that the parcel has been addressed incorrectly and has been returned to us.
• Please note all credit card payments are reviewed for authenticity and there may be small delays for new customers while this process is undertaken. It is important to supply the correct address for the credit card billing address to avoid delays.

My Order Is Damaged
• In the unlikely event that your parcel is received damaged, please let us know via email with a photo for insurance purposes.
• Your parcel will then be resent at no charge to you.
